Nano Technology

Nanotechnology is a technology that enables processing and machining at the nanometer (nm) scale, which is 1/1000th of a micrometer (μm), rather than just 1/1000th of a millimeter (mm). This involves ultra-fine operations that are invisible to the naked eye, requiring far greater precision than conventional precision machining. Due to this extreme accuracy, it is also referred to as “ultra-precision machining”. Common applications include nano-imprint mold components, nano-manufacturing equipment parts, and delicate components used in high-performance displays, electronics, and medical devices.
